poor soundproofingelectrical issue

i was really let down by a few things. the room was supposed to be soundproof, but i could clearly hear my neighbor talking on the phone until 3 am. then at 8 am, the maintenance team started working in the next apartment, and the noise was constant. there was also a weird electrical issue where the power kept cutting out for no reason at all.

The restaurant staff seemed cute and helpful. (A definite plus!).

My two-room garden view suite felt underwhelming. It was nothing special. The small balcony overlooked the village on one side and other hotel villas on the other, so there was no privacy to enjoy a cup of tea. I am not sure how it got the name 'garden view'.
